on an Active Lifestyle outcome as prescribed by the Older Persons Act
no 13, 2006.

Specifically developed for the active buyer who wants to downsize
from a large house with many responsibilities, yet retain care services,

Carenet Services
will provide sustainable professional care in a flexible and collaborative
manner to its patrons with an emphasis on a holistic active ageing lifestyle
process. Through
the active ageing approach Carenet will provide individualized care programmes
implemented by Carenet’s committed multidisciplinary team.
Our Continuous
Quality Improvement (CQI) programme will ensure exemplary care of high
standards which will include the protection of individual, dignity, privacy
and personal independence.
Levels of
care will be specially designed to suit the needs of every individual
to cater for their personal individual care requirements. The following
levels of care will be available:

Care and Support Services also referred to as Community Based Care
and Support Services. Day Care and Support Services will be given
at the Carenet Facility on the premises of each Development. To constantly
collect and assess client information in order to plan |

the active ageing program. |

Based Care Services for those individuals who need assistance for
a short period of time, specially recovering after major illness or

How
can a Person become a Carenet Member?
A
purchaser in a Carenet affiliated development automatically becomes a
Carenet member. When purchasing a unit direct from the Developer the purchaser
automatically gains access to all Carenet services and facilities against
payment of daily and monthly tariffs. When purchasing a unit from an owner
other than the Developer, the purchaser will have limited access to Carenet
services against payment of daily and monthly tariffs, excluding terminal
frail care. Access to terminal frail care can be gained against payment
of the relevant entry fee.
